The mission of the Marion County Technical Center is to provide the people of the area with modern, technological instruction in the teaching areas offered; to provide instruction and training to those who want to better themselves or upgrade their skills; to provide students with technical education and training at a cost effective manner and to provide employable skill and placement assistance for students to become productive citizens; to promote and enhance general technical education and maintain a position of leadership in the community and facilitate a cooperative relationship with businesses.
Upon completion of school, every student will have the necessary knowledge, skills, an attitudes to continue the work force or post-secondary education.
